Overview
BXpanded Quick-On Work Light Kit, a BXpanded product for almost everyone!
This kit fits almost any tractor with 1 ½” x 3” ROPS. Draws approximately 9 Amps so operable by almost any electrical system.
A real Plug-and-play system! The BXpanded Quick-On Work Light Kit installs in minutes. No drilling, no welding, no wiring, no tools*! Absolutely no modifications to your tractor. Mount above, below or on the side of the ROPS. Plugs right in to the work light circuit that is present on almost all recent tractors. Leave them installed permanently or take them off in seconds when not needed. Does not interfere with folding ROPS.

2 BXpanded Quick-On ROPS Mounts. The new BXpanded Quick-On Mounts attach firmly to your ROPS in seconds. Just position, pull the ring around the ROPS and insert into the slot. The enclosed stainless steel spring holds the bracket firmly in place without scratching. Lights can be removed or repositioned in seconds. Mount forward, backward, above, below, or on the side of the ROPS.

2 Genuine Hella™ 55 watt Halogen lights with vibration and impact resistant rubber housings, glass lenses and zinc plated hardware. Available in your choice of 4 ¾” diameter or 6” diameter lights. Unlike rectangular lights, these round lights allow rotation of the lens to maintain the correct beam pattern when mounted above, below or on the side of the ROPS. The rubber housing provides a waterproof, dustproof seal. (Lights have limited 1 year warranty excluding bulbs.)

Sunlight resistant wiring harness with water resistant connections and releasable, adhesive backed, wire routing clips for a neat installation. The black, UV resistant duplex wire requires no conduit. The adhesive backed, releasable wiring clips allow easy installation with no loose or dangling wires yet permit easy removal or repositioning of lights. No nylon ties! All “Weatherproof” rated connectors with heat shrink seal for durability.

High capacity switch and switchbox with adhesive backed Hook-and-Loop mount. No relay is required. Switch has rubber boot for water resistance and large “bat handle” for easy use even with heavy gloves. Switchbox is easily mounted almost anywhere with the adhesive backed Hook and Loop material supplied.
BXpanded Quick-On Add a Light Kit adds an additional light, bracket and wiring harness connections.
*A tool may be required for aiming of lights.

Fantastic. I've bought a lot of Harry's stuff and these are the best yet. The bucket hooks come in a very clause second though.

Instructions were VERY helpful in finding factory connections on my BX25. Took longer to remove factory tape than to install lights. Very happy with product.Delivery was excellent. Highly recommend!

I ordered a set of 3 6" work lights for my BX-22. They went on without a single misstep or hassle. Start to finish ~20 Minutes including rotating the 2 lenses 90* (horizontal mounting) Outstanding!!!

Whoa! Simple, and I mean SIMPLE set up. Plug and play, exactly as advertised. Well thought out. Not more than 3 minutes to install. Plenty of light to work with on the darkest nights. Shut off your OEM headlights especially with the FEL on because the reflection will blind you!Thanks Harry!

Lights installed without hassles. Properly designed for my bx 25 with a little research as to were my extra power plugs were. After that they lighted up the night. Nice to have when I put my home built cab on, I just turn them around and can see behind me in the winter :) Harry is great to work with. Just ordered pallet forks and he shipped them out rightaway. EXCITED for those to arrive in a couple of days
