The patent pending Quick-on mount lets you get this sprayer on your Kubota BX tractor and ready to go in seconds. One pin mounting. No tools required. No bolts. No Drilling. (3 pt hitch kit is not necessary.)

The Product

The patent pending Quick-On mount lets you get this sprayer on your Kubota BX tractor and ready to go in seconds. One pin mounting. No tools required. No bolts. No Drilling. No tractor modifications. Requires only your existing top link pin and clip for installation. (After one-time initial assembly)
No need to install or remove the clumsy 3 point hitch lift arms! The special mount works with or without the 3 point hitch lift arms installed.
Mounting system load tested to over 600 pounds.
Mount breaks down with one pin for shipping, easy storage or installation of the optional “Carryall”.
The sprayer boom sprays an 80 inch wide path. Uses 2 low mount, fan nozzles to reduce chemical drift and help protect nearby plants and flowers.
Mounting system preset to hold the spray boom at the correct height for an even application. No guess work or height adjustment required.
“Breakaway” boom mounts to help prevent damage to boom or spray nozzles.
Push button valves allow selection of boom, or spray wand or both.
The spray wand includes a 15 foot hose for spraying those hard to reach areas. The hose and wand store on the tank.
Either boom or spray wand can be completely removed or installed in seconds with no tools required.

Includes a reliable NorthStar sprayer tank, 12 volt pump and spray wand with 15 foot hose. The pump is rated at 2.2 gallons per minute and automatically shuts itself off at 70 p.s.i. pressure.
Remote pump switch is included.
Available in 16 gallon and 25 gallon tank capacities.
All wear parts are readily available, most are available locally.
Calibration and use instructions are provided.
Boom is completely assembled, minor assembly is required to mount tank, install valve and connect hoses.

The optional Carryall attachment for the Quick-on mount replaces the sprayer using only one pin. It allows you to carry a variety of objects or materials. The carryall structure is strong square tubing, with an expanded metal platform edged with angle iron. The carryall platform is a generous 32” x 18” designed for the width of the BX series tractors. Tested to over 600 lbs. Working load rated at 300 lbs. Note: The Carryall attachment requires the use of the Quick-on mount provided with the sprayer system.
